update.

All 87 quilt's have been given out. ( Big pat on the back). Yippee now i can start playing again. today i finished putting this little number together. the amazing Laney bee made the pattern. now to start on the UFOs. the isn't over yet.

melt down

So thurs. is the big day and I am having a serious case of the what if's. what if the guy's think thier quilt's are dumb, Do i have enough quilts, what if it snow's, what if my legg's go wonky . what if we have a acident on the way. the list goes on and on. i feel the need to barf. i'll never sleep tonight. i don't drink i'm getting one of john's beer's. slap me -- no i would get hurt and not deliver the dam quilt's.

I enjoyed the quilt along with lori from Humble Quilts. i used a brown setting colar because i had enough to use it on the back. thank you lori this was alot of fun.8).

After 10 month's of sewing quilt's project jimmy is done. and will be delivered Thurs. here are 40 quilt's.

As you can see my room's are a mess. I was feeling alittle stressed thinking omg how am i going to get this done, feeling sorry for myself and having a good pitty party. After hearing news from afar i realize my life is good friend's in Bacon Hill , NY had a roof collapse on there cow barn and lost many of there heard. a very dear friends dd is having surgery today for breast cancer, she is in her 30's with 2 young son's . i feel they need my thoughts and prayers. Or maybe god is reminding me it's not all about me. So I'm going go quilt and be grateful i can.

i was cranking out some jimmy's when the call came to rebel and do some off roading. yup that's what happen, our seltzer sister's have been working on quilt in a box. 12 of us are involved . i sphere headed this project so the finish boxes visit with me . my box if one of them . so i broke away from red-white and blue to play in these yummy color's. the block's were all made i just finish it to what i liked.

OK so i got back on the horse and crank out a little jimmy. last year i made a blooming 9- patch and had a bag of scrap's. just enough to make this. back to quilting now.
