My brother's oldest girl asked for sponge bob and a baby quilt for pending baby boy. I had a really hard time with sb it made me wonder am i a quilt snob. was sb not good enough. well i put my big girl panties on and pulled from stash. and i really like it. what are you sewing today?
A few week's back the girls and i went to a relief sale. what wonder's they had in the quilt yard sale room. the red flying geese where in a baggy for $1.25 yup. the border was in a different bag for $2.00 . The next was not from there , Quilter's Cottage had this as a b.o.m., this puppy goes almost to floor on a queen size bed.. I'm sorry to pass along the news's that Kate (of William and Kate ) was unable to make to our surprise shower in her honor . the seltzer sister carried on the best we could. (we party like it was 1999!!!)now its back to every day life. i hope your all quilting.
here we are delivering quilts to Wilkes barre VA center. wow is Brian ever tall. I'm not happy with my hair , it looks flat. for the last couple of weeks i have been cleaning ,cooking ,eating junk food,reading and running around. life is great. Friday starts the retreat weekend. we are going to celebrate the wedding of William and Kate. lots of fun and games plane and of course food. one of our ladies barb is even making a wedding cake . I'll take lots of pictures. i started bonnie hunters mystery quilt. that's alot of work. all in all I'm having a great time.till next time.
